Should be a lot better than it was
✓ Staff were helpful and the pool is nice with the gym.
✗ Food menus were very limited and basic. Breakfast was very nice but standard offerings. Coffee was not good!

✓ room was clean and spacious, bathrooms were lovely and clean, staff were super helpful, pool and spa area were clean and lovely, breakfast, was fresh tasty and plentiful everyday, cocktails were great. have booked again for next year

Nice stay
✓ Staff was friendly. Nice rooms, good bed. Good location to walk into the city center (10 minutes walk) Car park (24 euro a day) below hotel. Really. convenient would definitely stay here again if i have to be in Leipzig.

Positive experience (but unstable WIFI and weak air conditioning)
✓ PentaHotel Leipzig mostly met my expectations, but the slow and unreliable Wi-Fi (at least in my room) and the weak air conditioning were disappointing. Good location, rich breakfast, sufficiently equipped gym and super friendly staff.

✓ It was a really nice stay. The pool was a bit small, but worked. The food was also excelent! Easy to reach everywhere in the center.
✗ The breakfast area was very crowded, maybe some booking system should be implemented. Hard to find where to sit.

Would be a lot more comfortable with a different mattress.
✓ The breakfast was great. Variety, excellent coffee. The location was also great two blocks from the city centre line.
✗ The bed was terrible. Soft mattress with a strange metallic feel to it. If you like a firm mattress this isn't for you.
