Hotel worth the price
✓ Helpful staff. Easy enter even in night hours. Quite good breakfast included in the price.
✗ Quite old furniture and facility overall. The bathroom was not really cozy and comfortable.

You’re getting what you’re paying for.
✓ The room was spacious and the location was perfect (bcs we only flew to prague for a concert) so the venue was a 2 minute walk. Overall there’s public transport near so it’s not so bad.
✗ Our room lost electricity around 1am (the charging outlets worked but none of the lights did), the The whole building is quite old so i recommend to take the stairs instead of the elevator bcs the elevator doesnt have a door.

✓ When I booked the hotel, it showed including breakfast, BUT NO. And I booked for 4 nights.
✗ Very noisy. Running water noisy from upstairs. Nosie from neighbor rooms. Wake up at midnight. Not good bathroom. No elevator. Dark aisile. I paid for 4 breakfasts, but no breakfast at all.

✓ Nice clean and comfortable rooms for three people. Great value for money and it also includes a good decent breakfast.
✗ Polite Staff, but are not very accommodating and the location is a bit far from public transport routes.

adequate Holosovice hotel. I would go again.
✓ Nice building entrance, free breakfast. Close to major tram station.
✗ Cold water and showered at work so after a few seconds, you had a boiling hot shower. Tried to get help off person who responded right away but later said that the shower works, didn’t understand or looked properly at the problem. Probably just sent made to turn on the top and see if water came out not understanding the temperature issue.

✓ Clean room. Located close to public transport.
✗ - The lady at reception returned my washing and all of my white clothes were stained. No acknowledgement, apology or refund (of the washing price) was offered. Quite disappointed. - The hotel is located at the end of the street and it’s dark at night. I didn’t feel safe night. - The blanket on the bed was not sufficient. It was cold at night. - Very basic accomodation. - Very simple buffet breakfast, but it was enough.
