Very comfy clean hotel w helpful staff
✓ Bed linens and pillows were great. Staff very helpful. Ones I dealt with were Nick, Ondre and Anel who are great.
✗ They don’t have a safe in the rooms which I’d have and most would like.

Perfect location breakfast parking
✓ Perfect location, close to tram station but in a quiet street. 10 min ride from city centre. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Lots of parking options.

✗ The hotel allowing to park late arriving guests to park in such a way that they block other cars... Wouldn't like to be one of these blocked cars when having an appointment in the morning.

Nice and cozy hotel
✓ The staff was really friendly and forthcoming towards my inquiries. I've travelled to Prague for the The Weeknd concert and I was in a rush to get to the stadium where he was playing and the staff arranged a taxi to transfer me in a matter of minutes. Real hospitality for sure!
✗ Honestly, nothing comes to mind. There seem to be quite a lot of guests at breakfast but that's nothing the hotel can influence. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I'd definitely consider staying at the same place should I visit Prague again.

✗ If you get the apartment, you have only one bathroom (its an inconvinient if the grup is larger (3-4-5 pers.) The rooms doesnt have AC…
