✓ New big, good-looking, clean room, in the center of the town, very nice restaraunt downstairs

✗ 1. The apartments were not furnished with basic amenities at all that one may expect in the apartments with kitchen: no kettle, no cutlery, one (!) glass, no cups, no plates. No nothing except for Nescafe machine, but no capsules, and couple of tea bags, which you have no possilbility to consume due to the above. Ridiculous... 2. The apartments were booked for three people, but no soap at all was provided, and only ONE shampoo and ONE shower gel, that was it. 3. Very rude personnel, they did not put an effort to bring the amenities to the room, but were so worried that I would not pay in the morning check-out that disturbed me during the night demanding for me to go downstairs and pay upfront. Considering that in the booking I provided my credit card details and that amount could be simply withdrawn, I felt incredibly unwelcome and humiliated. 4. No breakfast offer whatsoever. Considering that there is a restaurant downstairs, and there is no possilibility to make even a tea in the apartments, that was a big disappointment. At least a simple coffee machine could be left functioning.
