The relaxing atmosphere was great. I stayed in the Dome and it’s very comfortable. You have everything you need. In the evening te staff pick up the fire ball for you outside to enjoy the stars and the night. Guru, the guy in charge of the Domes assisted me in everything and make my trip unforgettable. thank you !

The domes are great , the location and proximity to Abudhabi is very good as well. The service overall was good.

We we’re told that there is access to the beach but when we went there we got there it wasn’t accessible and there is nowhere else to swim

The mangrove park near the lodge was nice to walk around, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the fire by the tent was a nice touch. The restaurant was also really good food.

The bathroom was too far from the tent, it was overpriced for what you get, noisy due to the planes flying overhead and the highway nearby, internet at the main building was poor quality, the light outside the tent was very bright and shining directly into the tent, so I had to use eye mask

the dome tent was beautiful and the toilet was spacious.

The place has a great potential to be good but it needs management. Staff are friendly and welcoming but unskilled very much like house maids no offense but we didnt fly from Kuwait for an eco-retreat for this service level. My friend had food poisoning from their kitchen and we waited many hours before we were assisted. No facilities in the retreat so for instance if when we needed simple drinks to be served to our room for my sick friend who was poisoned from their food they couldn’t do that because room service is not available! And we tried ordering online from talabat but they declined because the location is outside their coverage area. The bar and kitchen is 100m away from the room but only when we were angry and my local friend called their manager then they started acting and sent us some sodas and water. There is no manager to talk to before 2pm!

All of our Domes and Native Tents are equipped with one king-sized bed only. We do not provide extra bed as well.
