✓ I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations, and I am truly grateful for the remarkable level of service and attention to detail provided by your staff. First and foremost, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome received upon check-in by Anuradha and Mehek. The front desk staff was courteous, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. It set the tone for the rest of my stay, where I consistently encountered friendly and attentive staff members who were always ready to assist me with any inquiries or requests. The room itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The cleanliness and comfort of the space made me feel right at home. Although there were some issues with the Bed springs. Tushar and the Manager/Supervisor on duty (10/10) from housekeeping made sure that I get a good night sleep on the bed they were very attentive to my request and provided a quick resolution. i will give housekeeping team the maximum points the reason I like the hotel so much. Manager/Supervisor on duty(don't remember his name) was very courteous in his interaction with me. Dilli and team left a small wallet as a gift to the guest which was much appreciated. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional dining experience. The hotel's restaurant not only offered a diverse and delectable menu, but the quality of the food was truly outstanding. Hitesh/Jigyanshu and his team made sure that any of my ad-hoc dining requests were fulfilled The staff at the restaurant were attentive, knowledgeable, and displayed a genuine passion for their craft. It was evident that they took great pride in delivering an unforgettable dining experience. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities and services were top-notch.

Great hotel in Agra!

✓ This hotel is beautiful and the staff are very nice. Lots of activities for guests like pottery making, puppet show etc. The breakfast is very good. The gardens are fantastic. The pool is nice. Bedroom is clean. We even received a welcome gift: a pashmina! Near to Taj Mahal. Great service!

✗ I wish the room and gym was bigger.

Great stay

✓ It was supposed to be an overnight stay for a visit to Taj Mahal, I was expecting a usual tourist trap for 70$ or so. The hotel was ridiculously nice, the kind of place where you'd actually want to spend a vacation. I was pleasantly surprised by the price / quaity ratio, including in-room dining, massage, the guide the hotel arranged for me, etc.

✗ I can't really speak for the location. I had a hired car from Delhi, so getting to Taj Mahal was quick. I guess there are hotels within walking distance, if that's important to you.
