Great experience

✓ This place is so dreamy! Surrounded by nature, all kinds of plants, everything is beautiful no matter where you look.

✗ There were a lot of mosquitoes inside our room every day, I couldnt have been stung more times :(

Horrible reception desk lady, such arrogant attitude. Run down rooms, in need of serious renovations.

✓ We liked the beautiful greenery that surrounds the property, clean room as well as 2 lovely people from the staff - Dipa and Andrew. Andrew was the chef and the dinner was lovely, tasted like home cooking. Was one of the best meals we had on the island. Dipa was taking care of the rooms, such a kind and genuine lady. They 2 made the place feel like home.

✗ By far the absolute worst part of the stay was the lady at the reception desk. I didn’t get her name well -may be Marina? I understood she stepped in recently (our stay was end of July 2023), extremely arrogant lady who spoke to us with a really bad and very elevated tone of voice at every interaction, really seemed like she had a problem with our presence in general. We didn’t want to have a confrontation that would spoil the stay even more so therefore we kept communication with her to bare minimum and tried to be neutral to her, but I actually should have asked her what was the problem. The rest of the staff - Dipa and Andrew were the loveliest people ever however, because of the lady at the check in desk we would never return, nor recommend the place. Also, we had a cockroach in the room. Her answer was “well, it’s a tropical place, what do you expect”. 0 customer service skills, not sure why she is there. If I can compare - please note the cockroach wasn’t as bad of an experience as being spoken to so arrogantly by that lady at every interaction. About the room: The double bed was at best a queen size, quite small. The room we stayed at (Passion) didn’t look good, the place needs serious renovation and maintenance. Gaps at entry door means ants, bugs and cockroaches roam in and out freely. There were better looking rooms at the property but I don’t even think I saw them available on Booking. The bathroom door barely closes, the toilet jumps up when you sit on it, the small shelf in the shower was completely tilted and we could barely keep our shower products on it, a weird step right after the bathroom door was definitely a safety hazard. Barely ANY surface space to keep belongings. Very run down and shabby look and the place isn’t cheap!! So absolutely not recommended.

the perfect place on the earth

✓ Everything was amazing. Cozy room, delicious breakfast, wonderful garden. I slept like in jungles: with sounds of animals and birds. location is perfect: not far away from a main area but on a small beautiful street. And the main treasures of this place are Elodie and Kaline. I felt myself as at home with my family, they are always ready to help with a beautiful smiles. I will miss the days spent in your house.

✓ Beautiful garden around the house and 2 cute turtles who lives on the territory we're made everything. Kaline is very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much dear Kaline and Elodie for everything! I really enjoyed to stay in your house. If I'll go yo La Digue again I'll definitely choose your property.

AMAZING

✓ The owners are very sweet and the food is amazing. The whole place is very lovely and you get a welcoming feeling the minute you walk in. Beaches are not very close, but you can still walk to some. Better take the bike though. Thank you for everything!

✗ Huge palmspiders in the bushes and trees, but that's La Digue. A little pricey, but again, that's the Seychelles.

Magnifique

✓ I loved the hospitality of Elodie and Caline. They were so nice to us and very helpful. They helped us with bicycles, made a dinner for us and they have some terrific breakfast. The whole environment is so calm and nature based, turtles in the garden, swimming pool in the back. Nothing was wrong here, I highly recommend this place if you need to stay in La Digue. Merci Beacoup pour tous ❤️
