✗ The cleaning of the flat could be a bit better...found a dirty cup under sofa.

✗ Flat was clean and large in size although there was no view other than a fire escape, we were unable to open the lounge windows ,the key had to be left in the box for someone to come and check the apartment which I found unnecessary,I thought they were checking to see if we needed clean towels ect but it was just a check
