✓ authentic bedouin experience in the wadi dum desert
✓ I loved the location of course and our guide Ali was also so friendly. The food was also nice and the restaurant tent was cozy too. The staff was also nice. The excursions were also fun. I also thought that the communication beforehand with this 'hotel' went very well.
✗ I think what they can add is making a camp fire in the evening and do something with music. Then it makes the evenings also a bit more special. We brought our own sheetbags. We used them as there were no sheets between the blanket and yourself. It would be good if they would add that for hygiene. Also one pillow did not have a cushion cover.
✓ Great place to stay in the Wadi Rum desert. It has everything you need and the tent is comfy. It can be really cold out there in the night but they bring warm blankets. Food is also really tasty. Ali, the host, also offers good tours for a reasonable price. Thank you guys we had a lovely time there
✓ Location
✗ more communication with customers about logistics (pick-up, times of activities etc)
✓ Very friendly and helpful staff!
✓ The place was amazing. In the middle of desert and amazing views. The sky view at night was unbelievable!! The room was great with 2 comfortable beds and the bathroom was cleaned. We had dinner and the food was cooked underground, it was amazing and really tasty! We also made a full day tour with them around the desert and it was lively. Great experience and great staff! One of the best places to stay in Wadi Rum!
✗ Nothing to say. All was good! (If you look for internet you won't find it there 😁)
✓ One of the best experiences ever
