The building beachfront, located at the beach walk, the entrance is 30 meters from the beach. All the apartments are at the first floor, above the ground floor.

In order to have a seaview balcony, you have to book a room including in it's name "with sea viea". Especially for the dates you are referring to there in no available room with sea view.

The town of Perea is 10 km from the airport and is accessible by car/taxi or by bus (using bus route No79 and No72). The accommodation is right on the beach of Perea.
