Fantastic property in a perfect location

✓ The location of the property is perfect, very close to the beach and coastal walks yet conveniently close to St Austell for shopping. The house is also really well set up for dogs which meant we were never concerned that ours would stray out onto the road. The owners are very helpful and if we needed the heating tweaked at any time they were more than happy to oblige.

✗ Probably the only negative comment, if I really had to search for one, would be the heating system. We stayed over the Christmas period and one elderly member of our party found it difficult to keep warm at times. The system is controlled remotely by the owners and we had to call them if we needed it turned up, which was fine until it went down again. Obviously this wouldn't be an issue in the summer

✗ The artificial smells of concentrated air fresheners and a smell of damp. Clammy atmosphere on arrival.

✓ Set in a peaceful area and well equipped.

✗ Automatic lights in hallway were annoying if you needed the bathroom during the night as they were so bright it disturbed other people and there was no way of turning them off. Very restful and quiet
