✓ Really enjoyed having breakfast in our private terrace and enjoying the small swimming pool after a day at the beach. The owner Michael gave us a lot of tips on things to do and places to eat around the island, and helped us plan a day trip to North & Middle Caicos...probably the best experience of the trip.
✗ It is located in a very safe and nice neighborhood in Leeward Settlement, but you need a car to go almost anywhere. Also, although it is not a hotel, some toiletries like gel and shampoo in the bathroom would have been nice.
✓ We loved our 2 week stay. On the first week we met the owner Michael, He asked every day if there was anything else we needed. We used the free kayaks and my wife used the paddle board, we kayaked down the canal to the harbor, to see the amazing yachts and turtles, the room was clean and very roomy. the staff took great care of us, we used the available bikes to visit the marina down the road. the property is gated in a very safe area. Since the island is only about 35 miles long its an easy ride down the leeward highway ( the main rd on the island) to anywhere on the island. 15 min from the airport, if you go there is a sign that is lit at night next to the gate on Governors Rd that says AQUA DIVINA, Also if you stay here, drive down Grace Bay Rd, turn right at OPUS Restaurant, pass by and drive to the end of the rd, park a Flamingos Bar, and walk around to a great beach ( all beaches on the island are open to the public) this one has a great bar & food, with clean bathrooms, we found it at the end of the last week there, At Aqua Divina there are 2 pools, and they have beach towels & beach chair the let you use for free. In 60 yrs of travel I have never met a more accommodating host, Even on the last day, the property manager Eugene, came by to make sure we got off to the airport and carried our luggage to our car, THANK TO THE OWNERS & STAFF FOR A GREAT VACATION. AND WE HOPE TO RETURN SOME DAY. PS They have a grill so if you drive to the other end of the island on 5 cay rd right past Omars Rest, Provo Fish Market we bought 4 huge carib lobster tails for $55, $20 a lb, cut them in half with some butter and lemon on the grill. same tails at the IGA were $27+ each. just a food tip we had lobster meat that lasted almost 2 weeks.
✗ nothing, we lived up to the tci moto EAT BEACH RELAX, REPEAT, For 2 weeks, lacking nothing, even though IGA and Graceway Gourmet grocery on grace bay rd are owned by the same people the Gourmet is way better
✓ Fantastic! We had a wonderful 6-day stay in the double studio at this new, beautiful and serene property in the trendy Leeward Settlement area. The property has two pools, a dock, kayaks, wave runners, bicycles (electric and manual), beach chairs, etc. Easy canal access on-site that quickly brings you past stunning homes and boats to beautiful open waters. A short bike/car ride will take you to the beautiful sands/waters/restaurants of Grace Bay Beach. Eugene was very helpful and attentive to our needs and is a wonderful resource. Michael provided one-of-a-kind personalized advice and service about all things TCI! Bravo!
✓ The price, location, and staff; Aqua Divina is close to everything. We also saved money because they provided us with life jackets, beach chairs, towels, kayaks, etc.; and that was a huge help.

Good afternoon, I apologise for the misunderstanding. That would be quite a Studio size LOL. Please note that our Studios are 442 Sq foot and the Villas are 2500 Sq foot. I can't see that anywhere however I will be contacting booking.com to adjust.

We offer Jet Skis, boat tours and electric bike for rentals. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are free of charge for our guests! When booking our property you will be provided with the contact information and able to make arrangements/bookings.

Yes we are able to accommodate that. The construction is schedule to be done end of November/ beginning of December. All villas are already up. We offer 2 villas on 2 levels with 3 ensuite bedrooms and 2 studios on one level with access to the pool
