Great place to stay in Murren.
✓ Food in the restaurant was really good. Locally sourced short ribs -- amazing! Really good value in an expensive area. Staff very friendly and professional.

Excellent Location, Views and Breakfast is Outstanding
✓ Breakfast was excellent and the views of the mountain cliffs and peaks while dining are unsurpassed. Front desk was very helpful and when I arrived early I left may bags and walked the town, went to the nearby grocery store. They have a nice restaurant with excellent views outside patio/deck where they serve also.
✗ I had neighbors that smoked on the balcony so I had to close my windows and shutters until they went to bed at night so I would get up to open the windows after midnight to get fresh air.

Fabulous
✓ The view from my balcony was absolutely spectacular. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the space I needed. The bed was comfortable and I loved the duvet and the big pillow. Lights and outlets located exactly where you needed them and a great little fridge in the closet that was very handy. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator but that was good for my fitness.
✗ Breakfast was very good but always exactly the same so a little monotonous.

✓ Stunning location with wonderful friendly service from the minute you walk in. The restaurant food exceptionally good and the views of the mountains from the property are truly breathtaking.

✓ We absolutely loved the view from our balcony! The room was very clean, the location is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Maria. Her cheerful greetings each morning along with her handmade cappuccinos were a great way to start the day.

How to get to us by car: There are 2 parking options: 1) Parking Lauterbrunnen Right before the train station the parking is on the left. Through the underground you can walk straight to the BLM station to go to Mürren. The last train to Mürren runs at 8.35 pm from Lauterbrunnen. The first one runs at 6.06 am. Arrived in Mürren take the lower main street on the left, walk around the corner and after only 200 m you are already at our place. The tickets you can buy right at the station. We recommend you this option as we are much closer to this station. 2) Parking Stechelberg (not covered) Drive 5km further to the Schilthorn cable ways where the parking is. The last cable car runs at 11.45 pm. The first one runs at 5.55 am. Arrived in Mürren walk 700 m straight ahead along the main street and you find us on the right side. The tickets you can buy right at the station. *** By train: From Interlaken Ost you take the train to Lauterbrunnen. Then there are 2 options: 1) In Lauterbrunnen cross the street to get to the Lauterbrunnen – Mürren BLM station. Arrived in Mürren take the main street on the left, walk straight ahead and after 200 m you are already at our place. The latest train from Lauterbrunnen to Mürren runs at 8.35 pm. (8.05 pm from Interlaken Ost) 2) If arriving later you will have to take the bus from Lauterbrunnen to the Schilthorn cable car station in Stechelberg to come up to Mürren. Once arrived in Mürren walk all straight ahead along the main street and after 700m you see us on the right side. The last gondola from Stechelberg to Mürren runs at 11.45 pm The time tables for the public transportation is subject to change. For time tables/tickets visit the official page of the Swiss railways: sbb.ch/en/home.html If required you can get a luggage trolley for a deposit at both of the stations in Mürren. Kind regards
