✓ In general, great apartment, spacious and cosy, at the perfect location. It was clean and had all elements for proper functioning, including well-equiped kitchen. During the summer time, our mark would be 9+ for sure due to all aspects mentioned.

✗ When communicating with the contact person, I underlined our early arrival and were positively surprised by the option that we might be left inside earlier due to availability. Unfortunately, at the end this was not possible, which is of course - usual and completely fine. What was not fine was the fact that the apartment was extremely cold when we came, and that 2 out of 4 days of our stay we were trying to heat it to proper temperature. We learnt that the reason for that was the fact that the apartment had been empty for few days, To conclude, when renting a place, having a flexibility is always very welcomed. We definitely did not have to wait for more than 5 hours with the luggage (and we could even pay extra), only if someone told us that the place would be available.

Great apartament on great place

✓ The owner is very polite The place is in the center and its in the center and you can walk around and also catch a metro or bus on the stations that are very close. Very good apartament recomendet if you are up for exploring Valencia :)
