✓ - Location - Swimming pool & sea

✗ - Food on swimming pool area is so expensive almost 10 times of outside - Unfortunately, the staff who let you enter to swimming pool and sea needs more education on how to deal with guest since some of them are rude Even though when going to restaurant the man setting on the entrance of swimming pools asking many questions about room number with a bad way As if that we are not the hotel guests. Unfortunately, I used to come 10 years back to the hotel and it’s the first time I feel not respected - From the main entrance to the sea I faced many security asking about my room number and the sticker in my hand which is really too much and I felt annoying . I was staying in many five star hotel before and don’t face this before.!!??

✓ Breakfast was good, variety of food. Controlling the swimming pool was very good.

✗ There is a Smell inside the room. It needs some maintenance and Renovation of furniture.

It was ver pleasant stay, in particular, we enjoyed the Pool, Beach and Breakfast.

✓ The room was very spacious and clean. Also the location of the hotel is ver convenient and ideal.

✗ Check in time is very late (3 O’Clock). Check in time shall be around 1 O’Clock.

Hi, The airport pick up is at BHD 12 for a small van (up to 4 people). And a bigger van at BHD 25 for up to 8 people.

Dear Guest if you book the room through the hotel you have free access to the beach from 8 am to 6.30pm. If you want to go on the lounge side then there is a minimum charge for the lounge on the beach.

dear, is swimming pool opened 24 hrs, and is beach opened too?

The pool is open from 6am to 10pm. the beach is open from 8am to 6pm or till sunset. On weekends when there is private party or concert , the beach is open only in morning 8am to 12 pm and after 12pm tickets charges for the concert may be applicable.
