✓ breakfast content was missing. It must have been hot food.

✗ we had booked 3 people and two rooms. We had to cancel 1 room 3 days before our arrival because the visa could not be obtained. We were not helped at all with this. both hotel and booking. Our loss caused by this compulsory cancellation could have been covered.

Cozy and quiet stay in a hotel that feels like home.

✓ The location was very central, very close to everywhere. The staff is very kind and hospitable. Close to bus and train station but on a quiet street. Beautiful room, very comfortable that penthouse apartment roof lighting was very nice. The hotel has very good location, in a cozy and calm street. very close to 2 minutes walk to Metro Station Rennweg and Rathenauplatz. Hotel is very clean, having all the necessary facilities, it was cleaned every day. Hotel owner, Christina and her team is very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good, delicious food, well served.

✗ no elevator for penthouse apartment.

Enjoyable and comfortable.

✓ WiFi speed is great. The coffee machine is very convenience. Hotel offers plenty enough coffee capsules. Hotel locates near by underground transportation and supermarkets, which is very convenient for me. The owner lady is so kind and friendly.

✗ If there is a shower curtain then it will be much better, since the bathroom floor can be kept drier and the shower room temperature can be kept warmer.
