✓ It is a very mini apartment, excellent for a short stay, 10 minutes walk from train station and 10 minutes walk from old town, very close to restaurants, bars, groceries, public transport. It felt safe, very food wi-fi.

✗ Maybe an ironing board would have been useful given that there is a laundry facility in the building.

Great apartment to stay at when in Dusseldorf

✓ The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's walking distance to all the Old Town of Dusseldorf, as well as King's Lane. The hotel itself is super modern and really well-maintained. I like the co-working/ young vibe of the place. The guest rooms themselves are super well-designed. They're larger than expected, and everything has a purpose to it. There's also a nice table you can use as a work space.

✗ Unfortunately, I stayed in a room that was not properly cleaned by housekeeping. There were cigarette butts left in the laundry bin, and make up stains by the walls of the toilet. That being said, the staff were incredibly apologetic and accommodating when I shared this with them.

Went to the supermarket to buy ingredients & wine, and then go back to cook! It made us have a wonderful dining.

✓ Sufficient tableware preparation & Coffee machine is available! Also, great drinking water! It’s very important point for foreigners like as us.

✗ No air condition is a weakness I think, because I was bitten by a mosquito. Fortunately, the weather was not hot in Oct.

Hi, There are no photos for the fitness center / Gym. Could you please let me know what are the available equipment? Are there lifting weights available? We are planning to stay for 10 days, but we would like to know this first. Regards

At the moment we dont have pictures of the gym. We provide kettle balls and body weight equipment together with cardio bikes.

What about clothes washing machine? Is there a private one? Also the wifi strength, is it good for work?

We work with the wash app. You can download it and wash in our laundrette. Our WIFI is strong, so you can work in your aparment.

Yes, they do have windows.

I’m interested in a long stay for 4.5 months. What would be the cancellation policy then?

Cancellation can only be made before the start of the contract (date of arrival). No refunds are possible for the first monthly price. There is a period of notice of one month to the end of the month.

How is your Covid control? 2G or 3G? If it is 3G, do you accept official antigent negative test result from The Netherlands? The format is a QR code.

Our Covid measures are based on the current regulations in NRW. Currently there is a 2G rule for non business travellers.
