✓ This was my first stay at Air BNB. I booked from Booking.com and they charged $190 cleaning fee per day. The house was cleaned on next day. I called the host and the host said they do not clean every day and $190 will be refunded. I received $190 refund. Thank you,

✗ The house was nice and clean than the one shown in the pictures. There was a parking lot in the back. That should be posted in the ad.

✓ It's one 2 floor house. Big kitchen with dining room, leaving room 3 bedrooms and one toilet on each floor. Even have balcony on the second floor. Excellent house, price. We had a great time. Thank you!

✗ Only thing was parking in this town. Each night you have to park on different side of the street. we got a ticket until we "learned" this. Otherwise, was excellent.

This is a upper and lower style house. So depending on if you book it in its entirety you could have someone above or below you . The maid of the mist is about 5min driving

What is the distance from you and the duty free by the boarder. That’s the area I know and we looking to stay

Yes, there is air conditioning, as well as room to BBQ. However, we do not provide a grill, so please feel free to bring your own!

Yes, however, we ask you bring your own grill and use it in the yard, away from the home.

There is no washing machine or dryer at the property

Is the entire property for our family? Or do we have to share with other guests?

The entire home can be rented, as well as individual units available for rent. Even if you rent one unit out of the 2 available, instead of the whole home, you will not be required to share space with other guests.
