✓ The courtesy of the nice girl at the reception. The location is near the center

✗ There was not a Terrace or a big window to see the external place. The external view is not amazing. The bed is little for 2 people

✓ The staff of the hotel was very friendly and very helpful.

✗ The electric stops working one hour before check out time, and that is was annoying.

Did not get what we paid for and after had to deal with the rude yelling owner

✓ Before everything went bad in the end, the start was good - the place is clean and hotel has a pretty good location. The girl in the reception was sweet.

✗ Long story short: The airconditioner costs 7€ extra per day. The second day the aircon stopped working and it was +34C outside. (It is impossible to stay in the room in this temperature without aircon, it was like sauna) We were told we can get a new room, which we did not get… There was no solution for us to stay and get the heat stroke, so we booked a new hotel and we were told we can ask money back for the unused night from booking.com. We left the Sleeping Sailor and later when I asked the money back for the unused night, the unpolite owner first wrote me super rude messages and then when I asked him to call me for better communication, he yelled to me on the phone that he will not give back anything and if I write them a bad review, he will call the police about me. He indeed also told I could come back and get a discount for my another stay, but after his very scary behaviour I think I would rather sleep under the bridge than ever go back here.
