Pleasant stay close to the botanical garden

✓ Good and comfy bed, clean, good showers and comparatively silent aircon. Fast and stable wifi, breakfast with lots of options. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

✗ Try to get a room as far away from the street as possible, the street is very loud and soundproof of the building is poor. Breakfast room is noisy when there are many people. Despite the botanical garden there is not much around in the area.

Exceeded My Expectation

✓ The location is super close to Kebun Raya Bogor and Bogor Botani Square, as well as a lot of restaurants within walking distance, or a short trip away with Go-Jek/Grab/Taxi. I booked a Family Room with Double Bed x1 and Twin Beds x2 for 4 (four) people. The room size is pretty much okay for us; everything was comfortable. Bonus because the beds have bolsters aside from the head pillow, which is a huge plus value for us. :D We also had a massage service. The staffs came to our room and the overall service is great, as well.

✗ The towels in the shower were a bit smelly, although not too bad.

Will Come Back

✓ Located accross the botanical garden, the air was fresh. Near malls and hospital. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Check in (19 February 2023, 8 p.m) was super quick and efficient. Accommodating my request at their best. Gojek and gofood were welcome. The check out process (22 February 2023, 12.30) was smooth. Full of smile. Breakfast was so-so but not bad at all. Room was clean and comfy. Having 3 nights of good sleep. The shower room was perfect. Will come back.

✗ The breakfast was not bad, but there's room for improvement. It would be better if they include some local foods to the menu, e.g. soto mie, laksa bogor, asinan, manisan buah, etc.

✗ Slow response for just a towel exhange. The restaurant and the parking area were a bit chaotic since the hotel was fully booked.
