Beautiful central hotel with a wonderful, helpful team to travel around this part of Crete!
✓ Beautiful town centre hotel with a wonderful welcoming hospitality team, rooms were spotlessly clean, reception and bar teams were so welcoming, fun, and informative, and everyone was super attentive and helpful! Will be back again!

Excellent, would definitely recommend
✓ Everything was absolutely perfect – from the room to the location, and the incredibly friendly staff. Design of rooms is very nice too! The SPA bath was a delightful highlight, and the variety of beaches in the area, with their different types of sand and rocks, made my stay at this hotel truly enjoyable.
✗ The breakfasts are good, although a bit more variety would enhance the experience even more.

We enjoyed Casa Porto. We would love to stay there again.
✓ Location, interior and staff. It’s in front of the port and two beaches are walking distance. Many restaurants and city center is around. Roof top bar is not big, but spacious enough to find a spot to enjoy cocktails or breakfast with ever blue views. It’s a new hotel and interior is perfect for female guests. Cleaning was perfect everyday too. Hotel staff was available by phone, WhatsApp and in person. Before booking to during the stay, they were always helpful to us.
✗ Restaurants and bar takes time to serve. We had brunches twice and visited bar once. It took 40 minutes to get water, coffee and porridges. Other day we ordered sandwiches, when the last one start eating, my friend was finishing her food. They are very kind and friendly, but serving of food is super slow.

Very nice hotel - 1 star for the breakfast and the noise
✓ The room was very spacious, clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. The location was also very good with a great view of the lake and the sea.
✗ The night club next to the hotel plays music until 3 am which you can clearly hear inside the room. The hotel offers ear plugs but if you are not used to them you might have a rough sleep. We visited on Saturday which might have played a role to the overall noise. The breakfast is nothing exceptional in our opinion, lacking variety and the Cretan authenticity.

Great stay and would return
✓ Location was great, walking distance to the port car park, where we parked our hire car, we could walk to the shops & restaurants, there was a cute bar on the corner and the staff were helpful and nothing was difficult.

✓ The hotel was in a perfect location in the center of Agios Nikolaos! Convenient to EVERYTHING! The staff was exceptional. From the moment I arrived I KNEW I made the right choice. The place was newly remodeled. Beautiful terrace and a lovely view to have your morning breakfast buffet. Uenda was a real jewel and made the morning start off right with her cheerful hospitality and answers to many of the questions I had about the hotel and the area. I will definitely be coming back again!
✗ Parking was a bit of a walk.
