Excellent location I will be back

✓ I like the hot tub in the room, have a towel to really large and covered me. How they had a refrigerator in the kitchen that I could bring my own food and a comforter was comfortable and TV was a good size. I liked everything about my room I’ve been as a balcony. I really enjoyed that in the morning.

✗ There was a lot of stairs at first until I found the ramp. Everything was fine after that.

The accommodations were simple, but clean and comfortable. Peter's Customer Service is excellent.

✓ Excellent location in the Village, with easy access to Big Bear Blvd. I extended my stay by one extra day, a Saturday. Peter was extremely friendly and helpful in accommodating this last-minute request. I will be coming back to Big Bear Lake and will stay at the Robin Hood Resort again. I highly recommend it.

Fun for friends and families and they accommodated our request to be next door to friends!

✓ Robinhood is a good location near village! Not luxury but works well! Has fireplaces which is nice and fine for small families. Good prices.
