Such good value and such a great locstion I would certainly consider staying again.
✓ This was undoubtedly budget accommodation, but it was really great value for money and best of all a fantastic location, just metres to both the beach and main road with plenty of bars, restaurants, a major shopping centre and plenty of other facilities.
✗ Then bath had a crack in it and some of the water wsd disappearing down that instead of the plug hole, but it looked like they had a new bath on hand to instal when I checked out.

The pros definitely outweighed the cons. I would love to stay at PTK Beach again :)
✓ Location is perfect, beach access, 5 min walk to Samui Central and food markets, all close by to 7/11 MacDonalds and pubs. Room is very very spacious, furniture is all solid oak. Bathroom is spacious with large vanity area. Shower is a bit pokey but I was fine with that. Electronic locking safe in good working order. My room had its own modem and WIFI was excellent. Flax bag, umbrella and jandals (flip flops) are also in the room if you need to use them. Daily replenishments include tea, coffee, sugar, coffee whitener and 3 bottles of drinking water per person. Cannot comment on the TV or pool as I didn’t use either of these. Laundry service was amazing, clothes came back both times smelling so beautiful and neatly folded. All staff are so lovely and always willing to help. Staff very good at booking tours from the front desk as well.
✗ No lift to upper level, and stairs are uneven in width and height so be very careful or ask ahead to have a lower level room. Pool area was not maintained by a maintenance person/caretaker. Every morning there were empty bottles by the day beds, and fallen leaves that could’ve been swept away to keep the area looking appealing. There were only 5-6 day beds and they are very dated, however they are still functional. Room decor is dated especially in the bathroom and window coverings, but all still functional. These were all insignificant to my overall experience as I adjusted my expectations for what I was paying ($30AUD per night).

Hello, Room type Superior have safe box in the room every rooms. But Standard room not have safe box in the room but at reception have Locker for customer. Thank you PTKbeach
