✓ This place is a gem!. Spa is incredible. Breakfast and room is perfect. The decorating is great. The restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, awesome breakfast
✓ Breakfast is awesome. Room newly renovated. Bed is very comfortable. Good location in the center of town next to lots of unique local shops.
✗ The church next door rings its bell every 15 minutes day and night every day :-( When you on jet lag and can't sleep, you definitely hear the bells all night :-(

I am not sure I’d stay again, it was a curates egg!
✓ This hotel was very comfortable and the Reception staff were excellent, especially Sara who helped me get to the Passion Play in time, she was a star. I loved the location.
✗ I wanted to eat in the restaurant, but didn’t realise you had to book during the passion play and reception said they would accommodate me, but the restaurant said they were full so I had a cup of coffee somewhere else and the nuts from the mini bar, no room service for a light meal, which I’d expect, given the price per night. The spa opening hours didn’t fit into my visit hours, I booked thinking I’d be able to enjoy the spa on Sunday morning before checking out, but it was closed. For these reasons I would mark it down compared to other hotels at a similar price per night that I have stayed in worldwide.

✗ No hot drinks available in the evenings, so can't get a cup of coffee, hot tea, or hot chocolate.
