Property is not being managed properly.
✓ The home was decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. Good location.
✗ Kitchen was filthy and not well equipped. Some of the pots and pans were rusted. BBQ was not cleaned and propane was empty. Shower stall was not usable. Bunk beds were not usable as they were located in basement which was damp and smelled of mold and mildew. Most likely related to defunct gutters. I have ticket number 8174267 which listed all complaints
