Would definitely come back
✓ A great value stay at a great value hotel. Decent room, nice pool and entertainment for everyone. Food was great for the price we paid for all inclusive and drinks keep you refreshed. It did the job very nicely.
✗ I don't have any complaints, some food was a bit bland but you get what you pay for and some of it was lovely.

Good value for money
✓ Comfortable and clean rooms and always a good selection of food at the buffet. the entertainment team (especially Coleen) did a great job and we had a very pleasant stay.
✗ Only downside was one of the lifts in our block (block E) was out of service for the entirety of our stay which meant that it sometimes took a while to get to our room on the 6th floor.

We had a brilliant stay. Would definitely go again!
✓ Kids pool and slides were fab. Lots of sunbeds around the grounds. Food all day long. Kids disco every evening.
✗ Could do with more tables and chairs in the bar area on an evening when entertainers are performing as not enough and room to put more.

✓ Amazing staff, hotel facilities as you'd expect. Really appreciated that they respected the do not disturb sign.

Worth it, but pricy
✓ Super friendly staff.. only had one rude reception lady on the night shift who practically treated me like a criminal despite having the wrist band.
✗ Pool was cold, jacuzzi was warm. Expensive day pass for friends. Had roaches in the bathroom, reception sent up bug spray and left it with me to deal with.

✓ Nearby to the beach and to the Yumbo center. Nice swimmingpool, always a sunbed next to swimmingpool available.
✗ Didn't realize when I make booking then I choose room without fridge. Big problem with those temperatures to stay there without it.

Buenas noches, El traslado del Aeropuerto cuesta 40 euros si es en horario diurno, y si es nocturno 45 euros. Si su avión sale tarde, en la habitación se puede quedar hasta las 12, pero en el hotel puede estar hasta que salga para el aeropuerto.
