Impeccable and personal service
✓ The room was impeccable and so was the service. I forgot that there was no Uber abroad so when I landed in Palermo I panicked a bit bc I wasn’t sure how to get to the Air BnB. Alessandra not only gave me incredibly detailed instructions about the property but also sent a driver to the airport to retrieve me. I ended up using this driver (Mr. Loriano) for my day trips during my stay because he was so professional, courteous and punctual. Both of them gave me great recommendations for places to visit. The housekeeping is provided daily just like a hotel and even one morning when they forgot to bring me a new bath mat, Alessandra made sure they came back and delivered it to me within an hour. I was wary about staying in an Air BnB in a foreign country but this was honestly a perfect choice. You’re in great hands with Alessandra and Miceli Suites! I was very impressed with my stay. It’s also not far from the historic city center (about 10mins by taxi) and I even took a scooter there in about 20 mins. Located not far from shops and restaurants so everything is within walking or scootering distance :) You can’t go wrong with this as your choice for your stay in Palermo.
✗ Honestly the only downside was that the patio was a bit smaller than I imagined and the view is slightly obstructed by all the plants but it wouldn’t keep me from coming back.

Nice and modern but wasting time to find parking and transport slips!

✗ Parking is public and requires parking slips ( “ parcheggio “) not easy to get as are available only in tabackeria stores that are open in the morning and afternoon ( and randomly during weekends ). Also, public transport tickets are available only in tabacheria!

Living luxuriously in Palermo
✓ Everything in the apartment was exceptional! Alessandra definitely put in a lot of effort in ensuring that the apartment is like a luxurious apartment, from the super comfortable beds to the room lighting, to the beautifully designed bathrooms and lastly the terrace with jacuzzis. Beautiful apartment but even more beautiful and warm hosts!
