✗ Lught in bathroom was out. Sink was blocked. A/c was out for a few hours.

✓ Walking distance to town, super markets, other bars and restaurants. Nice pool, man made beach area with ocean view across the street. Good buffets when available. Great AC. All staff are friendly and helpful. Good value all things considered.

✗ Mattresses are stiff and need to be updated.. A la carte meals painstakingly slow and a crap shoot on the description of the meal you ordered and it looking like what you imagined.

Definitely one of the best all inclusives for snorkeling and proximity to town center in Cozumel.

✓ The location was excellent for beach access. You just have to cross the main road, which is usually not busy, enter the building they use for some meals, and the beach is right out front. The ocean water is much clearer here than on the Mayan coast and snorkeling is exceptional with slots of fish swimming around the coral. Unfortunately the coral shows significant destruction without much colour. The buffet food is adequate and there is a good variety. Fruit was really fresh and there were lots of ingredients for salad. The soup was always good and there was a cook to prepare omelets and main course items. Service was great overall and the place wasn’t busy so no need to wait for anything. The staff were mostly friendly, helpful and easy to access. My room was large, had a private balcony and was there was no problem with noise. The pool is huge and wasn’t busy when I was there.

This resort is a perfectly setup for divers...right on the beach. Good all inclusive.

✓ This is a great diver's resort. The all inclusive food was excellent. Right on the beach...and excellent facilities for washing and drying your dive gear. Walking distance to the town center and other amenities. Free parking. Clean and well maintained swimming pool. Great inexpensive laundry services!
