Very good
✓ The host is a very kind woman, so it has been an enjoyable moment to stay here. I had a problem with water supply (in Ukraine it happens quite often), but she provided me several bottles of water for my needs.
✗ The construction of this building is made of material, which isn't sufficient enough to suppress the noise made by neighbors, so based on that no privacy.
