Best Budget Property With A Non Crowded Beachfront
✓ The Property manager (A Sweet Bengali Dada Always wearing a Smile makes all your worries go away. He is the driving force behind the perfection that shows in the operations of the staff here. The Food is Excellent and I highly recommend you avoid outside food as there isn't much available that's Hygienic in the market and rather eat at sweet villa. Food is fresh and balanced and keeps you in a happy place, the restaurant manager is also a very hard working guy,ask him his recommendations and you won't regret. I had prawn curry, chicken kosha, chilli chicken and prawn masala during my stay room service orders and all the dishes were fantastic. The beach is walking distance from the property and the best part is that the beach here is not crowded as other beaches. Overall great stay. ROOM WAS CLEAN, WASHROOM WAS ALSO UP TO THE MARK.
✗ The only downside is the smell that is permanently felt inside the restaurant, and the lift I think it's the smell of some pesticide used to ward off insects.

✓ Building on outside gives a poor look however rooms inside are newly constructed and very new. Bedding was very comfortable and high quality stuff were used. Toilets are clean. Its on the back side not beech facing else rooms are very good
✗ Building from outside n restaurant, i didn't like Building from outside gives a look of Oyo types but from inside it's good n comfortable. Restaurant is very small, may be mostly people go outside n eat Including bfast is not given in option.

Excellent budget hotel with great location
✓ The room and bath were spectacularly clean. The bathroom had accessories like a hair dryer that many hotels in that price range don't. The geyser worked perfectly, so did the shower mixer. The Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and had excellent speed and connectivity. There was dedicated parking for my car. The location is perfect as it's only a short walk from the beach. The staff were polite and helpful. I would book again
✗ The check-in took a long time as the rooms were not ready though we came at 11.30 am and the check-in time starts at 9 am
