One of Best and Modern Hotels in Svaneti, Mestia

✓ Its a new, clean hotel with best facilities in this area. Location wise, its walkable distance to center and Museum but a little more distance to Khergiani museum. The view from balcony was awesome, the breakfast was a rich and 'splendid to lavish' spread with a host always attending the layout. The reception girls were very sweet and helpful always. It felt a very new and contemporary styled hotel with big rooms and they have taken care about everything. It's value for comfort and money, recommended.

✓ The stuff at the hotel were so friendly specially tedo he helped me a lot the room is large with a nice view the breakfast was great even though same items about 10 minutes from the airport they serve a free shuttle

✓ Very responsive and optimally proactive staff. I would like to mention excellent work of Tedo — attentive and predictive of client needs. Restaurant is quite good and affordable. Overall, I liked the atmosphere at the hotel.

Lovely, well-equipped hotel with fantastic staff

✓ This is an excellent hotel in Mestia and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room was very spacious and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant has a lot of choice on the menu at reasonable prices if you want to have dinner there. But I think the best part of the experience was the reception staff who were always friendly and helpful. When I left the hotel, my driver to Batumi (organised privately, not through the hotel) had to cancel due to a flat tyre. Tedo from the hotel quickly arranged another driver for me at a reasonable rate, so my itinerary stayed on track. Tedo also kept in touch with me during the journey to make sure everything was OK. I am extremely grateful to Tedo for his help!

✗ At breakfast there is only one coffee machine to make coffee from freshly ground beans. Sometimes there was a long queue for the machine so I think it would be better for the hotel to add another coffee machine.

Very comfortable hotel offering views of the old towers of Mestia.

✓ For local standards close to a luxury hotel, at least with regard to the comfort of the rooms. Service personnel very forthcoming and zealous. We were allowed to park our car for several days, being away for trekking.

✗ For a hotel of this standard, the wine card is clearly below acceptable levels. A mediocre, kind of home-made Saperavi from Khashmi is the only dry red wine on the card, in a country which considers itself the cradle of wine!
