Really liked the location.

✓ Were we supposed to get breakfast? Breakfast was good and so was location

✗ Didn't have tv in bedrooms. Hard for me to sleep without it.

Amazing place

✓ the location was amazing with a beautiful view which had some chairs and table to be comfortable. with walking distance a cafe super close by along with everything else pool, beach and a bar. everything was great. just wished we could stay longer

✗ I know usually bring a lifejacket for my child is something I don't forget but this time I did. updated games or card games.

✗ Charging my card bogus fee of 150 us dollars to replace sheets for small period stain in which we were told would not come out with washing.

Would go back there in a heartbeat!

good location but a headache to get the key and deal with maintenance

✓ this part was very unpleasant. i stayed at princesa at least 20 times before and never had to drive 15 min each way to get the key .

✗ it was not clearly disclosed that the office to get the key is not on the property. yes, there was link on the email: directions to our office “ but because i stayed in princesa before many times and never had to go anywhere to get the key , i assumed it was the address it princesa . i knew my way there and i came to the resort to find out that i still have to drive around looking for another office to get the key . it was very frustrating. in addition: there was no shampoos , no dishwasher detergent, no laundry detergent( all other rooms were always supplied with these basic things ) also : door to the balcony was very hard to open and close . we went to princesa office for help and were told that we have to contact the 3rd party because this condo is privately owened and not handled by princesa. last thing i wanted to do on my short 2 days stay is to spend more time to deal with another office . We just could not use balcony because of that

Great place

✓ Location was great, beach view, the condo was bigger then we expected. There was a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The water pressure was nice and hot. We could see the pool from the balcony, the restaurant had good food. We didn't even have to leave the condo if we didn't want to. The security is very strict. They also provided clean water in the room. They had extra garbage bags, towels,sheets and pillows.

✗ The TV in the living room didn't work and had continual problems.
