Budget hotel chain shouldn't try making real 5 staf hotels.

✗ Inconsiderate breakfast staff, I had just walked in to the buffet. At 9 am, I was in a rush to go to work, so I asked for a take away box to carry some croissants to eat in the car. And they refused. In fact for the 3 days I was there, I never ate the breakfast. I get it Hyatt is usually budget hotels but even Hyatt palace wouldn't have said no, I just walked in and hadn't even sat down and asked for a box. Actually now that I think about it I have never in my life had a good experience in a Hyatt. Which says something as I spend my entire month in hotels.

✗ 1. Check-in for just one night took an hour. Made room fee payment at check-in but staff claimed room was not paid during check-out. Had to find the receipt from trash can to prove payment while trying to catch a 7:30am flight. 2. Booked this hotel for only 1 night only to get some sleep before the early flight next day. The room was extremely noisy with the frogs in the pond and party outside. Staff was unwilling to change a room initially. Had to call 5 times (3 of which the line got cut off immediately) and have engineering team prove the noise impossible to sleep before the staff was able to make another room available. This process took almost 2 hours on the expense of my sleep which again was my only expectation for this hotel. 3. While calling taxi the staff did not confirm the price. Got charged 1,000 rupees for a 10min no traffic ride which was unreasonable.
