Amazing views and spacious apartment

✓ The scenery from the room was amazing. We had a panorama room which had a lovely balcony with seating for 4 people. The fully equipped kitchenette was great. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, as well as the great barman. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

✗ The hotel is an amalgamation of multiple buildings connected by glass corridors. This made finding your room a bit challenging :) Bad Gastein in the summer is a beautiful place for hiking and bike riding, while Bad Hofgastein, next town, seems to have more shops, but don't expect them to be open on Saturday afternoons or Sundays.

✗ The interior rooms decoration/furnitures are old fashion, not modern. The smell from the kitchen in the restaurants was strong in the room

Just delightful

✓ Beautiful location and views. Apartment had everything that one might need for a comfortable stay. Buffet was delicious and very generous. Spa was a great bonus. I just wish we stayed a little longer.

✓ I was pleased with my stay in Bad Gastein. Although didn't get a valley view I was happy with it. Nice polite staff at reception and very helpful getting my car parked in proper spot.

✗ Not at all fault of the hotel, but had some difficulties finding correct street with car's own navigator. Google maps was helpful here.

✓ A fairy big hotel, but feels really cosy, beautiful view, amazing scenery, clean, quiet, lovely spa, lovely staff.

We were only in for one night left wishing that we were staying longer!

Great ski holidays

✓ The hotel stuff was very friendly. All our requests (earlier check in, rooms next to each other) were done. Hotel location is great- very closed to the ski lift and in the city center. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and kids playing areas
