✓ Restaurant team and food were great.

✗ The apartment's kitchen was lacking a hob and kitchen utensils. Luckily, we had seen other guests carrying a mobile hob and so after asking for one we got one, too.

Beautiful apartment but badly managed

✓ Beautiful apartment and nice wellness. Front-office friendly.

✗ Back office and management very disappointing. Booked and paid for an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, but no possibility to cook a meal! There is a kitchen but no cooking hob, no pans nothing. Booked and paid for extra cleaning of the apartment and extra towels but not done/ received. Check the bills very well as lots of mistakes are made. Poorly managed.

NO SKI BUS

✗ NO SKI BUS!!! Prior booking I asked hotel if there will be a ski bus to pick me up and they confirmed on the email that there will be one right in front of the hotel. But it wasn't true, ski bus starts the season only on 25th Dec. I was very upset because I didn't have a car and the choice of hotel was based on bus availability. I had to spend extra 10 euro every time I needed to go to the slopes, come back and go to the city for dinner etc. At the end it added a lot of extra cost to my trip that i didnt plan to spend. I am very upset about this!!

Is there elevator? And what about car parking ?

Good afternoon, there is an elevator as well as a car parking. The car parking is free of charge.

Do we have crib for child 3 years old, if I book two bedroom suit?

The cribs are not very big (about 120cm x 65cm). A three-year-old child might already be too big.

Is there air conditioning in rooms ?

In our resort we do not have air conditioning.
