✓ everything was amazing! great beach, amazing numbers, tasty breakfast! everything for the great vacation!

The pool/jacuzzi is NOT heated
✓ The room is just like in the pictures (but the pool water does even get warm). Clean and new hotel. Nice breakfast, but the servers made me wait a long time have my table set outside. Beachfront. We stayed there in the last night of our trip as we wanted to relax and be close to Heraklion but not in the city. Big fail as the pool was not heated and caught little sunlight. Taxis to the airport cost 45 Euros.
✗ The HEATED jacuzzi pool is a SCAM!!! It is not heated at all. It depends on the weather temperature. End of the story, the water remains cold in the evenings. This is definitely a place for couples, like many others in Greece (You can see the other person in the bathroom as there is a huge transparent glass window). Also the beach is NOT excellent. So I would not recommend this place at all. Not a good cost/benefit comparison.
