✓ We chose this property for the location which turned out to be very convenient for us. The apartment was spacious and reasonably clean.
✗ We had hoped to have the use of the yard but the grass was not cut and the outdoor furniture was wet and very dirty. We also chose this property to have the use of the kitchen but the instructions for using the oven were not clear so we were not able to use it. The registration process for this property was complicated and needs to be streamlined. Especially as it is largely done online and that poses a problem for those who aren't familiar with computers. That was VERY FRUSTRATING!!
✓ I spoke with the management team before I booked to make sure the problems highlight in recent reviews had been fixed, I was very pleased I didn’t encounter any issues, would definitely stay again

✗ The apartment was not as shown on the website. The bedroom had mould on the ceiling, one of the double glazed units in the window had completely broken down so you couldn't see out of it. The tray in the bathroom had fallen off the tiles and the brackets left on the tiles were mouldy and never cleaned. There were cobwebs on the light fittings. There weren't enough seats for the number of guests. Myself and my colleagues all had bites from staying at the property and these were confirmed as bed bug bites!! Part of the payment was to pay for a clean at £100.00. This couldn't have been carried out. On arrival the key code didn't work so on telephoning the contact number I was told I hadn't booked the property even though they had taken my money ! Once I had paid the £200.00 security deposit I received numerous emails asking me to pay it again. I have emailed the company 360 stays but had no response. I think the service is dreadful. I was going to book for another week but have found alternative accommodation.

✗ My wife get bite from bugs, all the bed was infested by bugs. We strongly recommend don’t book this place if you care about your health. We spending money now for recover, as all body is damaged and she got fever. Except this also toilets don’t work properly. All the apartment is dirty. Orribile experience.
