✓ The location was perfect. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
✗ My room was older; furniture and flooring needed replacing. Flooring was older laminate and separating at seams in some places. Furniture was worn, scratched, and chip. Although the room was a loft, and a nice touch, it still did not meet the standard that I expect from a first class hotel.

✗ when we arrived at the front desk they told us that we can’t eat on main restaurant due to a wedding, but that restaurant is the main attraction by the lake they should tell us that is fully booked and we had the alternative to have a buffet were the people were very nice. I will never go to this hotel again.

Cozy place for a few days of relaxation
✓ Gorgeous location, with some trails right from the property and a restaurant with an outdoor patio where you can enjoy a drink or a meal and the outdoor beauty. Breakfast was a delicious German buffet with lots of options. If you have a car, it's a great place to explore the area.
✗ Note you'll need a car to get here as it's a bit off the beaten path from town. You might also need some earplugs or to kindly negotiate with your neighbor if you want to sleep well - the walls are pretty thin, so it's easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The gym is OK, you can get a workout in, but it's a hotel gym so it's a bit limited (there is a pool and spa as well).
