It was fine.

✓ There was no breakfast.

✗ My room was on the top floor with no elevator. They should state that when a person books a room.

Disappointing

✗ There is no facility to collect the keys after the check-in time!!!

Value for money and clean.

✓ Was amazing value for money and very clean! Towels, soaps, hairdryer so for the price couldn’t complain

✗ receptionist was very rude he kept complaining i was 4min late, I was driving on motorway and took my time as the autobahn in Germany is very dangerous at night. in the he did not complete the check in properly he ask me tu put an x as signature and he would not accept my apologies, just very rude and uncalled for, later i noticed that other 2 guest were left out of their room for being no more than 10 min late. I will never use booking. com again I find this very disgraceful, i thought you checked the property and stuff before accepting to take booking on their behalf. like i said i ll never use your site again

Good, but I didn't have a towel

✗ I did not have a towel.

I had booked for 2 nights but left after one and moved to another hotel because of lack of sleep.

✓ The location is great - right on by the U Bahn tracks and around the corner from the Mineral Baths. The staff allowed me to store my luggage there until check-in time and they kept the office locked.

✗ Too noisy - because there is no A/C I needed to have the window open for cooling but the train was noisy. Also, even with earplugs and the window closed I could hear knocking on doors, doors opening and closing and footsteps on the stairs. The toilet takes up all the space between the shower and basin, so to get dry had to move out of the bathroom. The curtain is gossamer thin and does not cover the window. I was worried about people in the adjacent building windows being able to see in, but fortunately those windows are frosted. Also, given the short summer nights it also needs a blockout curtain. You need to wear a mask to bed. No cup or glass of any kind was provided. The room was small and having my suitcase open on the floor meant being unable to open the cupboard. The room is non-smoking but the rest of the hotel smells like cigarette smoke. Not good value for money - I stayed at another property in Munich that cost exactly the same, was a central location, quiet, much more space and included a really good breakfast.

It’s a very basic hotel but ok for a night sleep. Keep in mind that there is no lift!
