Stay here when in Xi’an
✓ Enjoyed my stay, comfortable, clean hotel with good facilities & good food. Centrally located, close to metro, attractions, restaurants, shopping etc. Staff were very friendly, welcoming & try their best to help even though I didn’t speak any Chinese.

✓ Staff super helpful in arranging my visit to the Terracotta Warriors, Japanese restaurant was amazing; oh I also had issues with the safe which the manager sorted for me ASAP

✓ This new stay at the Sofitel Xi'an was once again a pleasure. The rooms are spacious, elegant and well equipped. The cleanliness is perfect. The breakfast is always wonderful. The only criticism is that the pastries are not fresh (dry and hard).
✗ For breakfast: Scrambled eggs or omelettes should be included. The staff are too present... you start to serve yourself and place the dishes on your table and continue to browse the buffet, but when you return to your place what you have laid out has already been removed. This has happened several times and is very annoying.
