Horrible experience
✓ The only good thing is the location
✗ The room is too small The view is really bad The hotel deducted almost 60€ from my credit card after doing the checkout without any reason or my permission so i was charged almost double the price mentioned on booking. No AC Noice from the neighbours

Magical anniversary night
✓ Ishmael, the owner. He was so accommodating and friendly. He went out of his way to give us brand new rooms, never slept in before. Then when he found out it was our anniversary he took us to a fantastic restaurant and made dinner reservations for us. We couldn't have been happier.

All good for a one night stay!
✓ The best thing was it was so quiet and Ben thought it was so central. And the reception staff next door was friendly and very helpful.

Fabulous
✓ Location was very good and the staff were welcoming. I liked that my room was small and had a private bathroom/shower. This is a good place to stay if you're only going to be in Burgos for a few nights.
✗ The bathroom was squeezed into an already small room, but I didn't mind because it was private.
