✓ The linen was tops.

✗ The guard constantly flashing the torch in our balcony despite the music not loud. Considering that guests do come out to relax and "party" a little, I think having residents together with holiday guests is problematic. After all, a weekend away with friends is supposed to be fun. And fun and music is synonymous.

✓ Great location, comfortable and generally clean.

✗ Need proper braai tongs and steak knives. First day unit was only cleaned late afternoon.

✓ The main beach, Willard beach is just in front of the complex . Just a minute and you are there! Very spacious, clean, and very comfortable unit. It was very nice to have the washing machine, tumble drier in the unit. No worries with all the wet beach towels!!

✓ The location is perfect. I always stay in Ballito Manors when on holiday in KZN. It is convenient to the beach and and walking distance to shops you do not need a vehicle if you up to a short walk.
