✓ Location was excellent - very handy for the Viaduct and only a short walk from Queen Street. Loved the decor in the room, and the bed was really comfortable. The mini bar was well stocked, and the bathroom included lovely toiletries too. The staff were absolutely delightful and went above and beyond my expectations.

✗ The room service menu (and pretty much all info regarding the facilities) is on the TV and doesn't match what's on the hotel's website, which was a little frustrating. When I arrived, every light in the room was switched on and the Air Con was blasting out cold air, which seemed a little unnecessary. I loved my stay here, and would definitely stay again, but these were just little niggles that I had.

✓ I LOVED everything about Ohtel! So well appointed, extremely comfortable… was hard to leave the room to adventure out into Auckland. When I did finally leave the room, everything I wanted to see was in easy walking distance (or electric scooter distance if you want to make things more fun)
