This Hotel discriminates between guests.

✓ Food was awesome, Hotel was clean, swimming pool was small but enough.

✗ We were 3 (male) friends. The hotel was OK type. Everything was fine except one thing that we didn't expect & never faced before is "discrimination". In the evening we noticed some music & lights in the terrace. We were carrying beer bottles with us. I asked the man at the reception named Mr.Tarun Das that What's there in the terrace can we go there. He promptly answered yes you can go but can't have beer there. We thought it might be hotel rules so we didn't bother to argue on this & stepped into our room to have beer which was allowed. Then after 1 hour we went in the terrace to have fresh air & found one family(one man, 2 women, & children)was having beer & Hookah there. We asked a service boy is it allowed to have beer here ? He fairly said yes it is allowed. It's already 10 pm. We then came back to reception & found staff had been changed & Tarun Das was not there. I asked that available manager/supervisor, that person told us having beer is not allowed in the terrace but we found one family having it. He said you also can have it but till 10:30 pm. It means Tarun Das lied to us without any reason. So my question is, what was our fault ? Why should we get only 30 minutes to enjoy paying same amount of money like other guests ? Why should a hotel staff discriminate between guests ? That person lied to us because we are group of friends ? I personally would NOT suggest this kind of hotel which creates new rules after seeing guest's gender.

✗ All the Hotel staffs were professional and good at behavior except the gatekeeper who kept us waiting in the midst of night for more than 20 minutes just for nothing.
