Excellent location and space, but security needs to be reevaluated.
✓ The location was perfect for attending a wedding at Lakeview Lodge. The apartment/townhouse was spacious and clean. It was perfect for sharing accommodations with friends.
✗ There's only really two parking spots per unit even though the units sleep 6 people. During the day someone tried to get into our unit and the only reason they failed is the chain lock that was on the door... We're assuming it wasn't cleaning as they don't do daily cleanings and two of our cars were outside so they would have known there were people there.

Great facility to host our girls weekend
✓ Spacious, TV in every room, 3 Queen beds and 2 pull out couches,
✗ Thought there was a pool table and bar in our split level

✗ We had a hard time locating the property because the houses were not lit up and the landscaping was to high to see the numbers on the building.

Always have a great check in experience and the townhouse is a great place to come back to after working a hard 10 hour

Short and sweet - planning to return.
✓ The reception at the front office was great. The lady in there was so friendly and welcomed our questions. She did a wonderful job informing us of local places and check-in information.
✗ The guard at the gate was curt and rude. We did not feel secure with him there. We also needed sheets and blankets for the sleeper sofa and did not discover the need until after hours. We had our own just in case and made it.

I won’t be back..
✓ I’m sorry there was not anything that I can pinpoint that went well. From check in to the accommodations they weren’t great.
✗ I was provided the incorrect address for getting to the location from crown resorts, security was no help and it was embarrassing having residents stacked up behind mee and security asking me to just back up. The rooms were dirty, glasswear was dirty, I found crumbs and wrappers in the couch.. very outdated.. roads need help and were bumpy..

I won’t go back even it’s free stay
✓ Clean and spacious
✗ Too many unwanted rules and restrictions, petty charges for soaps, dish washer and many others for checking out process. Already charged for cleaning fees and asking to cleanup everything before leaving! Terrible customer service for checking in with no one at office to explain directions and unfriendly checking out at the office.

We have an Indoor Pool that is open year round. The Hot tub is located near the outdoor pool and is only open from Memorial Day-Labor Day.

QThe split level and two bedroom look very similar but split level is 1600 sq feel vs 1000 sq ft. Are the rooms bigger or something else different?
