I enjoyed the stay for the most part.

✓ clean room, comfortable bed, good air, quiet

✗ breakfast buffet could have been more organized, no orange juice for 2 days, smaller room than expected, no shampoo or body wash in containers

✓ Room was nice and comfortable. Bed could have been a little less soft but that is my taste. Room was clean and spacious. Room was quiet also since I had seen some comment that you didn't want to be in one of the rooms below the gym or ballrooms or you would get no sleep. They do have pool tables and shuffleboard with board games available like Even Hotels. The lobby though was very dark so if you wanted to read it would have been difficult. Also there were not enough chairs in the lobby for the size of the hotel and lobby.

✗ Both elevators were extremely slow to the point that I waited over 10mins and decided to carry my bag down four floors. Unfortunately the door did not exit near the front of the building so I had to roll bag all the way around from back to check out. I let the woman at check out know the issue with the elevators and she got me a nice large coffee to go for free. It seemed they were aware elevators are slow when many people are trying to leave. One elevator had the cleaning people in it so no one could get on. Not sure why they didn't use a service elevator. No complimentary coffee. Complimentary coffee may not seem like a big deal but most chain hotels now offer it. Parking lot was confusing to navigate gates. I went out the morning of check out and had trouble getting back in even though I was not yet checked out. When I did leave I needed a card to exit which of course I didn't have because I was checked out so that made no sense.
