Exceptional
✓ The location was great. Completely submerged in inner Istria. Great starting point for further Istrian exploration. The owner was helpful, cheerful and overall nice. Will probably come again in the future.

✓ Very nice place if you want to have an accommodation with pool and jacuzzi on your own. Little playground (swings, slide, ladder) for children in the garden. Only 15 min to Buje (Supermarket, Gas station), an only 20 min by car to Novigrad (beach).
✗ Being in a completely rural area, there are dogs barking and cocks crying especially early in the morning. For some this could be annoying, for others maybe not.
