Very nice and relaxing boutique hotel

✓ Hotel staff (reception, restaurant, bar, pool, spa, housekeeping) is extremely friendly, courteous and supportive (with a good sense of humor as well) Overall design of room and hotel is very tasteful, but quiet and clean Rooms are pretty spacious and housekeeping managed to clean the room while we were having breakfast, which was very much appreciated by us Overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable Food for breakfast and in the restaurant was also very good (being German we specifically enjoyed "proper" bread for breakfast :-)). Of course, compared to restaurants outside the hotel, the food was more expensive, but then it was very good value for the quality and compared to prices at hotel restaurants in Europe really cheap The pool area had really nice and comfy sun beds with a lovely view over the pool to the sea with direct access to the beach and a paddle boat as well as a kayak at your free disposal

✗ We very much enjoyed our stay so there is nothing that really bothered us, but maybe some slight recommendations to consider: The hotel is a little bit off the main road (hence the very good beach view) and the way from/to the main road could be a little bit intimidating especially in the dark Our rooms had a private pool with sunbeds that could not be used when wet (after rain), so some additional seating in the private pool area would have been a plus The rooms were locked with a real key (incl key chain) which is less handy than keycards when carrying around

✓ very large, comfortable, cozy, very tastefully decorated rooms. a small hotel so you don t get the crowd. i had the best crème brûlée ever and their chicken with cashew nuts was so god that i had it every day

✗ i am in Thailand to also enjoy Thai food. a great pity the Thai section of the menu was so limited. would have at least liked to have a fried rice or some veggies options

Nothing special, neighboring Karma is much better

✓ Good location, own kitchen in the villa

✗ There were no pillowcases on the pillows. There were cockroaches in bedrooms. Unfriendly stuff that made us rude remark, that only guests can swim in the pool, although we lived in the villa. Our morning vibe was ruined! Cheap villa’s celling decoration, plastic, really? Food is not good, seafood is not tasty.

Travel alone never feel lonely

✓ The receptionist Lek and Joy, were nice and kind to me. She helped me out with the room arrangement because I had trouble with the boat booking. The both were super freindly. Swimming pool is lovely and the view on the beach so stunning. I love this place. The cottage was classy worth for every penny.
