✗ Suggestion! Nice coffee machine, best biscuit “Lotus” (specula’s) to go with it, SO Suggest you upgrade the coffee!

Good location, complicated check in

✓ Great location, lots of parking. Comfy beds and nice staff. There is a coffee machine in the lobby.

✗ The check in process was complicated - needed to call the manager in order to check in remotely.

Everything splendid except the unnecessary inconveniences

✓ The location is central and convenient access to a commercial center. The balcony, wonderful equipped lobby.

✗ Finding the entrance to the hotel is too confusing. Information should be given in advance regrading the entry. Self check in by phone call should be mentioned when booking. Not everyone can make a local call to gain access to the hotel. Would have preferred a WhatsApp call /or chat bot/phone to get the code to the elevator. On the check in floor- check in was unclear.

✓ it was very clean and quiet and comfortable! The staff was very helpful.

✗ it was hard to find the entrance to the hotel (it’s around the back of the building).

We enjoyed our stay

✓ The hotel is still new with very nicely designed rooms that are comfy and cozy. Our room also had access to a balcony with the possibility to sit outside. In the lobby there are some common sitting spaces where you can comfortably hang out with larger groups. Right under the hotel there is a little mall with a supermarket and some restaurants. There is public paid parking available right in front of the hotel. The Ramon crater is in walking distance.

✓ Excellent room, the area was very cold at night but the room was so nice, warm, clean, it made all the difference for my stay!
