very disappointing for the price.

✓ spa was good and our waiter and housekeeping were excellent. The buffet breakfast was good although crammed in a small space making it difficult for lots of people to move around.

✗ reception staff were unhelpful and rude on arrival, the bar man was satisfactory but lacked a smile. We aren't French and felt not welcome. The hotel is very tired and lacked normal supplies claiming "end of season" yet still over a month to go. Very expensive for the standard's offered. very small room, wardrobe didn't function well and bathroom in desperation of updating. However, the room was cleaned well.

✓ View on the slopes from balcony was nice, the same for spa and jacuzzi - nice outside jacuzzi. Nice breakfast.

✗ Location is very far from center. The premises are old fashioned, too expensive for what it is. The staff was not kind. We had emergency as we needed to get to the bus early morning, the lady in reception the previous night called all taxi lines, but none was available. The hotel didn't have any vehicle to help us, so we needed to run down the mountain via snowy road with big luggages for 30 min. Luckily we managed to get the bus but it wouldn't be possible for people who are not enough fit.

A lovely 3 star hotel, only sad that it won't be there for us to return to next year.

✗ Some of the food at dinner in the hotel was disappointing. We were told that the hotel is going to be made into appartments so we cannot stay there next year.
